QUARTER 1 includes 1:1 practitioner sessions to help create sustainable results. Our team helps you mend your relationship with food so you can mend your mind and body and learn how disengaging from diets can support your overall, longterm health and wellness.
Welcome to NOCK: One 60-minute video appointment with your NOCK Life Practitioner who will review your health assessment, help you establish your quarterly goals and coach you on techniques that will strengthen and improve how you approach nutrition and consumption. Start with the first 90 days but our team is there for you to monitor your progress throughout the year.
One-Year Program: One year (45 minutes/week in Quarter 1) of 1:1 private weekly coaching with your own practitioner and member experience team on mindset, eating and movement habits, sleep, and emotional health. Jumpstart your quarter with our mind-body-lifestyle reset and a group lifestyle workshop (available live and on-demand recording).
