NOCK Sustainable Wellness was founded by Stephanie Fee Maschek after she experienced extreme burnout related to the the travel and consumption demands of her career. Stephanie is certified in nutrition, sleep, stress management and recovery. Currently on the path to becoming certified by the National Board of Health, she has coached hundreds of successful entrepreneurs on their personal and professional well-being. She understands first hand how it feels to be overwhelmed with your time and energy. She lost 70 pounds and gained a new life in the midst of traveling up to 90% of the the time in her past career. Her goal is to help you bridge the wellness gap that stands between your work and your well-being.
